I got the call that my Uncle had ALS or Lou Gehrig's Disease from my cousin. She was crying and my heart sank. That was over 10 years ago. The ALS Association is working hard on a daily basis to make improvements in this deadly disease. Without their help people like my Uncle would be another statistic.
